There is no further error message or crash dump I can reference, so I don't know what to send you, and I cannot easily reproduce this at-will. But it seems all "basic mouse and keyboard" stuff, probably moving, possible resizing, maybe even hitting the "delete" key - but definitely always one of those three). (I'm always involved in muscle-memory workflow - so the second I see the error - I don't even remember the EXACT operation I had just done to cause it. The crashes are somewhat random, they appear to be from moving or possibly deleting objects. Pretty basic geometry, no imported files or bitmaps. (The backup files were generated all but one time).

They all result in the standard "Encountered and unexpected bug and forced to quit - saved your work to this backup file". I am using Inkscape 1.1.1 (3bf5ae0d25, ) on Windows-10 64-bit and have been having a rash of crashes. Warning: World's worst bug report to follow.
